Letter to Lord Parsall of Liberthane

Best regarded Lord Parsall,
ruler of Liberthane, paladin of Milani, defender of Freedom, Justice and Hope,

with the present letter I wish to express to you the best regards of my Lord, Sir Cardot Orlovsky from Brevoy,
Regent of the new River Nation of the March of Ambitus and cleric of Cayden Cailean

and of the other members of the Upper Council of the March of Ambitus:

The Upper Council of Ambitus want to express you its sympathy for the work you are doing in the River Nation of Liberthane,
by defending and fostering the great values of Goodness, Fairness, Respectability and Freedom,
all values highly priced by ours beloved Deities of Milani, Cayden Cailean, Desna and Erastil.

As your goddess borrowed the ancient halabard to Thais, the herald of Cayden Cailean, we try to repay a little part of the debt by offering you our help and support.

The Upper Council considers your community as an island of hope and stability within the River Nations.

We are of the opinion that a mutual support in our common interests would be advantageous for both our nations.

As a first step of this collaboration we would like to establish a traveller/trade station in Liberthane, for a new trade route connecting the north to the south of the River Kingdoms along the Schrike and East Sellen  rivers.
This house would also serve as residence of our diplomatic representative in Liberthane.
